Gash’s Revenge Plays

2019–2023

A collection of 17 humorous feminist scripts, poems, stories and song lyrics based on everyday conversations, relationships and encounters. The works combine sincerity and irreverence, repeatedly returning to failure and interpersonal misunderstanding. Portfolio 2026_English

Gash's Revenge Plays uses earnestness and irreverence to satirise conversations about love, friendship and failure in which the protagonist wants revenge.

Written between 2019 and 2023, the collection changes with each performance. The costumes reinterpret Elizabethan dress and the format borrows from the revenge-play genre.
